Our journey began in April 2017 when we purchased a home in northern Colorado that had a walk-out basement. We finished it beautifully and turned it into a private studio apartment. We listed it on Airbnb and had instant success. We then bought a second home and started an additional two Airbnbs that were also instantly successful.
We are now expanding with a goal of 30 furnished homes by the end of 2021. Our properties cover all of Northern Colorado, from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins.
What we love most about the business is making the guests feel special. There is nothing like surprising them with a nice bottle of wine after a long drive into town. Or finding their dream home in Colorado while house shopping with us!
Nicole and Alysia are a mother/daughter team and own Blue Sky Team by eXp Realty here in the Loveland Area. They have affiliated their brokerage with eXp Realty to allow them to work with agents in all 50 states. Their strong connections in the real estate industry make them a great resource for referrals, investment advice, and even teaching others how to become Airbnb/short-term rental hosts themselves.
